Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal-use items, all products purchased from our store are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once delivered.
Exceptions - Manufacturing Defects Only
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if a product has a verified manufacturing defect. To qualify:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided
Non-Returnable Items Include (but are not limited to):

- Opened or used items
Important Notes
