It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

DaviCare is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


9. International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
